Want to get involved at school?
From doing crafts at classroom parties to covering lunch duty, there are lots of ways for you to help.
Join us in making a difference for our students, teachers, and school community.
How It Works

Duty-Free Lunch
PTO volunteers cover lunch duty for the teachers.
A head volunteer supervises transitions and the timeline while other volunteers help students as needed and help them enter and leave on time.
This is a great way to be with the students and to work alongside other PTO members.

Copy Crew
Running copies is an easy way to get involved at the school.
A little time in the workroom can really lighten the load for staff and get the materials ready that students need.
If you’re looking for a quiet place to spend an hour helping, this might be the thing for you!

Events
Events provide activities for our children and raise important funds. From Field Day, to class parties, to the epic Fun Run fundraiser, there are plenty of events to help with.
You can help with set up, clean up, or be one of the helpers who run the event.
Volunteer for these events and you get to see all the fun up close.

Hospitality & Appreciation
PTO volunteers organize and deliver snacks and meals at various times.
Opportunities include Teacher Appreciation week, luncheons, Snack Cart, 5th grade graduation reception and more.

Volunteers from our school families are at the heart of PTO success!
During events such as Field Day and class parties, volunteers work alongside school staff.
Any volunteer that will not be working under staff supervision (e.g. Copy Crew and Duty-Free Lunch) must be approved through the school district.
To get approved, fill out the form and submit it to the school office. The school will send it to our district office, and they will email you next steps. This may take a few weeks to finalize. So, filling it out now is a great way to get set up for when you’re ready.
