An open meeting for anyone interested in helping with this year’s Fun Run.
We’ll meet in the school cafeteria at 6pm. You may enter through the outside door (immediately to the left of the Multipurpose Room/Gym doors.)
If you’re looking for a focused window of volunteering, this may be it.
We’ll spend the next month setting up for the Fun Run and will launch on October 8. After two weeks of fundraising, event Day is October 22.
There are numerous times and many ways to help out.
Opportunities to get involved include:
Delivering prizes
Helping with incentive events
Event day setup, help, and cleanup
Designing and decorating for the theme
Planning prizes and incentives for students
Networking with sponsors, local businesses, and support groups
